Our Vision:
Our vision provides us with clarity about where we want to go as a council
and the changes we will make to the way we deliver services in future. Having
this clear sense of direction is important for setting out our intentions and
ensuring we remain in control of steering change towards them. The vision is
made up of two elements - Values which as a council we hold and will underpin
change, and Direction Statements which show where we are going.
