Brooker Flynn Architects are a medium sized architectural practice with a workload in both public and private sectors.  Operating nationally and internationally, the Practice has considerable experience in a wide range of projects relating to both new build and existing buildings for many well known clients.

A significant proportion of the work is repeat business reflecting the importance we give to maintaining a high standard of service to the Client.  We believe that this high standard of service is appropriate to all projects and is instrumental in us enjoying our long term success.

Our team of architects and technicians enjoy working in a refurbished maltings barn in a fantastic location in rural East Midlands, but with our central location and easy rail links to London we carry out retail and commercial work for a wide range of projects for many corporate clients.

Much of our experience and expertise is in relation to retail projects ranging from new shopping centres and town centre mixed use developments, through Department stores and High Street retail to boutiques and spas.  We carry out design work for retail developers and shopping centre owners including Capital Shopping Centres, Land Securities, Lend Lease, The Mall and Warner Estates and we undertake new build, fit out, package and extension projects for numerous and varied retailers including John Lewis, TK Maxx, Harvey Nichols, Woolworths, Toys 'R' Us and Clarins.

Our work doesn't just encompass retail.  We also carry out commercial office projects, car showrooms, refurbishment and conversation schemes including stately homes.  We also work within the education and residential sectors.
