We are looking for someone to take on a high level of responsibility as they oversee a project from inception to completion. They need to demonstrate a capacity for creativity, have excellent technical ability / knowledge, strong communication and management skills, and be able to take the lead in large, complex projects. This is a varied role and the successful candidate can plan to progress their Architecture career up to Associate. We use AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. We need someone who is able to use either or both packages and be happy to do their own drawing work plus mark up drawings of others. Current projects include 3 data centre’s – Contract Value approx £40 million. Residential new builds, space planning for various banks, hotel design and work for several local schools.
