This is a Major Technical Services vacancy who are operating as an emplyoment business. My client is in the enviable position of having projects confirmed for at least the next 5 years. These jobs are mainly within the Educational and Retail sectors, although they do have som residential projects as well. They are now seeking an Architectural Technician to join them. The ideal applicant will have outstanding AutoCad Skills, coupled with a knowledge of both the Building Regulations and Planning Procedures. In addition the successful applicant will be comfortable liaising with clients and working as part of a small team of four or five people, within a larger organisation employing over thirty staff My client specialises in the Educational and Retail sectors and is now seeking an Architectural Technician with Autocad experience to join them.
