You will need to be creative, organised and pro-active in this project running and managing role. The post entails supervising and co-ordinating a wide range of activities in the office and liaising with clients and other consultants and contractors generally. Co-ordinating and supervising roles in the office will include Vector Works, Artlantis and Photoshop software of which a good understanding would be an advantage and good drawing skills are a must. Also overseeing and engaging in the research of materials and techniques on the internet and in the library and liaising directly with manufacturers and suppliers. The role requires leadership qualities in co-ordinating and managing a team in all aspects of projects from Stage C onwards including production information and contract administration. Based in beautiful Georgian mansion in country town with good amenities and close to fine City of Norwich, you will join a small team of dedicated staff as a project leader. Projects range from top-end residential (incl. new eco houses) through to sustainable high-profile educational buildings and commercial projects.
