Although the role will initially be solitary, the successful candidate will quickly build a business capable of supporting a local staff. In the interim, there will be technical, administrative, financial, marketing and emotional support available from the head office. Colleagues will spend time with you to assist with our ambitious growth plans. This is a challenging position which will require the right kind of person. You should have proven experience of generating business, networking and bidding for private and public sector work. They will also have the ability and personality to build a team and previous experience within a variety of different project types. Full membership of RTPI is essential. We can offer an attractive salary, dependent on skill and experience, with additional benefits which will include a profit related bonus incentive scheme. A very successful applicant could earn as much as £60,000 in a good year, and may well be offered the post of associate. Fancy building a new office in your own image?
