Job Content As a member of our team you will directly influence significant elements of our ongoing and future prestigious projects. Among your primary tasks you will be responsible for making production information, specifications, and tender drawings. You will work closely with professional colleagues, in an international work environment, characterised by a strong passion for architecture at its best. You will be will expected to bring your know how of the UK market to work with other schmidt hammer lassen members, external design team consultants, contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, compile information for work packages, tender documents, CPD requirements, and participate in site visits and supervision. You honestly communicate your strengths and weaknesses to colleagues and line managers, with the purpose of letting others know, how they actively can contribute to the process of creating award winning architecture. Qualification and Skills In addition to your office experience, you should preferably be a skilled AutoCad (2D/3D) and Microsoft Office user, a member of relevant professional organisations. It is an advantage if you have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Viz, InDesign, and other 3D visuali-sation programmes. Previous experience with sustainable design is desirable. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Work Place You will be working in our central London office and report to the international design manager. We also expect you to work closely with line managers and key resources in the projects. Some travel activity can be expected, but we actively encourage a positive work-life balance, and therefore we make use of the latest IT (like video link), to optimise our time across national borders and contribute to a healthier environment.
